1992 - 1996

I will be adding photos of friends and myself into these gallery pages. The web is much of my life and I enjoy working on web sits and with windows as an administrator as well as a photographer. Those are probably the passions in my life. If you want to read more always go to my bio.

The following photos are from 1992 - 1996 during my time in college. After being honorably discharged from the United States Navy, I enrolled into my local college, Richard J. Daley. After a couple of years at Daley, earning a A. S. Degree, I chose Western Illinois University as my school of Choice. My good friend Mike Romcoe jumped on it with me and we made our way 281 miles to Macomb, Il in Mike's Dodge convertible.

Western Illinois was a new experience, I explored and learned so much. A bit older than the average college student, but I had a blast, scholastically and personally and met some of the best folks that are still part of my life. Some folks that I want to mention are Tom "Big Tom" Hedlund, Jimmy "Magic Jym" Elders, and Doug Loge. Some folks have gone and I don't longer communicate with anymore, but we shared some valuable moments. I call these the Western Years!

I want to give thanks to my good friens such as Mike Romcoe who kept my ID and who never discarded our youth.

Doug and Myself

All my friends at school made the local Macomb Journal. Here is Doug's and my write up from August 1995. Just to let everyone know, we were both of legal age and the ticket was directly across the street from where I rented a house. However since this was not my residential property, Officer Barker gave us a ticket for public drinking. How funny. I want to mention one thing, since all my friends that I knew made the paper for one reason or another against the policy's of Macomb, IL as well as to note I never got a ticket for anything as such as this event and driving till I went to Macomb, my good friend Mike Romcoe was the only one who made the paper in a positive Role. Mike was featured as the owner of the new restaurant in town. So congratulations to Mike in avoiding some of the frivolous tickets that are given to students in a college town.

Danny Bonaduce

This photo was taken with Danny Bonaduce & one of the guys that I used to hang at Cagney's Bar at 103rd street in Oaklawn, IL. I figure this is probably fall of 1994.
